In Shepherdstown, the Ground Lounge has officially opened on the second and third floors of 123 West German Street, joining Meditative Medicinals, a local CBD business. Owner Samantha Savoca launched the new wellness service on the fall equinox, expanding options for residents seeking health and relaxation in the heart of the area.
