This weekend marked the vibrant kickoff of Pride Month in Shepherdstown, where residents and visitors celebrated with a variety of events, including the inaugural Shepherdstown Gay Pride Parade. The weekend's festivities featured diverse activities, such as themed church services and a drag show, emphasizing inclusivity and community engagement. Local organizations, such as the Roving Peregrine Theatre Company and Fairness WV, played significant roles in organizing the events.
