The 25th annual ASK Day was celebrated on June 21 in Shepherdstown, USA, where families were prompted to ask, 'Is there an unlocked gun where my child plays?' This impactful initiative, led by the nonprofit Brady: United Against Gun Violence, aims to highlight the dangers of unsecured firearms in homes, where millions of children have access. In support of this cause, Panhandle Gun Safety organized an event at the Shepherdstown Street Fest, offering safety resources and engaging activities for families. They emphasized the importance of gun safety education for all caregivers, not just gun owners, to prevent tragic accidents and promote community awareness.
