Shepherdstown Hosts 'A Swift Night Out' for Bird Lovers
The Potomac Valley Audubon Society invites local residents to celebrate Chimney Swifts at 'A Swift Night Out' on August 1st from 7 to 9 p.m. Participants will gather at the Chimney Swift Tower near Dunlop Hall on Shepherd University's campus in Shepherdstown. The event features five educational stations about the birds, culminating in a sweet treat for attendees. This initiative aims to promote awareness and interest in these unique avian species while fostering community engagement.
