Shepherdstown recently celebrated Valentine's Day with two festive pop-up markets featuring local artisans contributing a variety of unique gifts and treats. The 'Will You Be My Valentine?' market at 105 S. Princess St. offered fresh flowers, jewelry, and photography, while the Shepherdstown Valentine’s Handmade Market showcased baked goods from Quail & Cardinal Company and chocolates from The Harper’s Ferry Chocolatier. Organizers aimed to create an inclusive atmosphere for all community members to enjoy, making it a delightful weekend for couples and families alike, including residents from nearby Charles Town.
