With extensive experience in public policy and community management, Sisco, a Shepherd University alumnus and Bolivar resident, expressed his excitement about returning to a community he loves, where he began his journey. He will oversee daily operations, including the management of finances and support for the Town Council, while focusing on long-term community goals.
