Shepherdstown Welcomes Marine Veteran Nicholas Russo to Rotary Club
The Rotary Club of Shepherdstown has welcomed Nicholas Russo as a new member during a ceremony at the Bavarian Inn. Originally from Long Island, NY, Russo is a Marine Corps veteran and co-owner of QRF Solutions K9 LLC, a local canine training firm. His expertise includes working dogs for odor detection and police apprehension, behavior correction, and service dog preparation. Additionally, he serves as a K9 instructor for the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services and is recognized as an expert witness in dog behavior in court cases. The Shepherdstown Rotary Club is an important local organization, offering community engagement and membership opportunities.
