A shooting incident in downtown Charles Town, W.Va., around noon today left one person wounded, prompting a manhunt by local police and law enforcement agencies. The shooting, which occurred on the 300 block of West Liberty Street, involved six shots fired before the suspect fled the scene at high speeds on North Lawrence Street.
