Sister ACTS Supports Shepherdstown Shares and Local Outreach
On April 12th, Sister ACTS held a meeting at Calvary UMC where attendees learned about Shepherdstown Shares, a nonprofit helping local families in need. President Jan Haefer shared that the organization operates a food pantry and organizes community projects, currently aiding 600-700 residents per month. The group also discussed new outreach initiatives at Community Cup Coffee House in Martinsburg and upcoming meetings where members can donate stuffed animals for children in crisis. Sister ACTS continues to promote community service and welcomes all women interested in giving back, as highlighted by their recent donations to support local needs.
