Join soil conservation advocate Leah Rampy at the Shepherdstown Public Library on July 26 for a free program aimed at enhancing soil health. Sponsored by the Town Run Watershed Team, Rampy will discuss sustainable practices that contribute to ecosystem health, including how healthy soil can mitigate drought, purify water, and store carbon. This event is a great opportunity for local residents, including those from nearby towns such as Ranson and Harpers Ferry, to learn how individual actions can positively impact their environment.
