Recently, Sand & Pine hosted a vibrant pop-up shop in Evolve, attracting members of the Shepherdstown community with spring-themed decor, showcasing citrus-inspired items. Co-owner Elise Baach and resident Kay Christy enjoyed the offerings, while manager Nancy Stevens highlighted the importance of seasonal sales and the supportive local clientele. Despite initial frigid temperatures affecting foot traffic, the warmer weather later brought back eager customers. Stevens shared plans for future pop-ups, including a woodland-themed sale inspired by children's literature, as the two-year-old business aspires to establish a permanent location in the area.
