Students attend West Virginia Sheriffs' Association Leadership Camp

In July, students from Charles Town and surrounding areas participated in the West Virginia Sheriffs' Association Leadership Academy held at Glenville University. This annual camp welcomes seventh and eighth graders as 'cadets' alongside returning 'seniors.' This year, three cadets and ten seniors from local schools attended, exemplifying the community's commitment to youth leadership development, as reported by The Journal.
