Shepherdstown's Teen Art Atelier Offers Immersive Experience
Teen Art Atelier to be held at Badgerhound Studio & Gallery

The Shepherdstown Chronicle reports on the third annual Teen Art Atelier at Badgerhound Studio and Gallery, a unique program for aspiring young artists aged 14-18. Led by experienced artists Emily Vaughn and Michael Davis, the atelier runs from August 4 to 8 and focuses on classical drawing techniques using charcoal, graphite, and conté. Participants are encouraged to showcase their art at an optional student exhibition, with past participants achieving significant artistic growth and pursuing further education in art at institutions like the Barbara Ingram School for the Arts. The program, which accepts only seven students, aims to foster creativity and focus, offering a valuable opportunity for teens from Shepherdstown and surrounding areas to enhance their skills.
