West Virginia State Treasurer Larry Pack recently visited Saint Joseph's School in Martinsburg to promote the Hope Scholarship, which supports families in accessing educational opportunities. During his visit, Pack engaged with Principal Maria Byrd and emphasized the importance of the scholarship in enhancing school choice for parents. He highlighted the need for awareness about the program, especially after meeting a local father unfamiliar with it, showcasing the importance of community connection in understanding educational needs. The scholarship board is currently accepting applications for the next school year.
