Kearneysville Distillery Receives Grant to Boost Local Food Supply

West Virginia Public Broadcasting reports that eleven grants totaling over $3.3 million have been awarded to improve the resilience of the state’s food supply. Notably, a grant exceeding $600,000 has been allocated to Devil’s Due Distillery in Kearneysville to upgrade its distillery equipment, enhancing local production capabilities. This funding supports not only the distillery but also bolsters food infrastructure across the region, positively impacting towns such as Charles Town and Ranson, and contributing to the health of the local economy.
