WVU Medicine East encourages organ donation during national donate life month

During National Donate Life Month in April, WVU Medicine Berkeley Medical Center and Jefferson Medical Center in Martinsburg are urging residents to become organ donors. With over 116,000 Americans on waiting lists for transplants and 22 dying each day, the campaign includes flag-raising ceremonies at both hospitals and information sessions in their lobbies on April 14 and 16.
