The WVRC Media On Air We Care Food Drive is currently underway at Save A Lot locations in Martinsburg and Charles Town, running until Friday. Donations of non-perishable food will support the Martinsburg Union Rescue Mission, which anticipates serving about 12,000 meals this month, according to Superintendent Pastor Tim Guerino. Additionally, the Save A Lot in Hancock is contributing to Morgan County Starting Points, where Audrey Morris noted a significant rise in meal distribution to children.
